Samples can be arranged for suitable products and packaging projects. Product samples, custom packaging samples and shipping are quoted separately. Any credit of sample fees toward a later order must be confirmed in the quotation.

Yes. Options may include logo labels, product stickers, gift boxes, pouches, inserts and barcodes. Availability, packaging MOQ, setup costs and sample requirements depend on the design and order quantity.

Barcode labels, care cards, product inserts and printed information can be included when specifications and artwork are provided or approved.

Mixed sets can be developed around a theme, colour story, gifting occasion or target price, depending on material availability.

Vector logo files are preferred. Required dimensions, colour references and print-ready file details will be confirmed for the selected packaging method.

Confirm the artwork, dimensions, wording and barcode details before production. Digital proofs or physical samples can be discussed for your project; sample availability, fees and timing are confirmed in the quotation. Any changes after approval need to be reviewed before work continues.

International delivery can be arranged for many destinations. Share the destination country and postal code so we can review available methods based on the order size, packed weight, parcel dimensions and timing. Shipping costs and the selected method are confirmed in the quotation.

Preparation or production time and shipping transit time are separate. Timing depends on stock availability, quantity, sample or artwork approval and packaging complexity. Your quotation will confirm the estimated schedule and what is needed to begin; transit estimates may change with carrier or customs conditions.

Import duties, taxes and customs requirements vary by destination. Unless specifically included in the quotation, these are normally handled by the buyer.

Available payment methods, deposit requirements and balance terms will be clearly stated and agreed before the order is confirmed.
