1. Destinations and Methods

We can arrange delivery to many international destinations from China, subject to carrier coverage and destination rules.

• Express courier for samples and small urgent orders.
• Air freight for medium or time-sensitive orders.
• Sea freight for larger and heavier orders.
• Delivery to a buyer-appointed forwarder in China when agreed.

2. Shipping Quotations

Please provide country, city, postal code, quantities and packaging requirements. Final freight is confirmed after packing dimensions and chargeable weight are available.

3. Processing and Transit Times

Processing begins after specifications, artwork and payment requirements are complete. Transit begins when the carrier accepts the shipment. Production, customs, inspection, weather and peak-season capacity may affect timing.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Unless stated otherwise, the buyer is responsible for import licences, customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage and destination charges. We provide normal commercial shipping documents based on the confirmed order.

5. Delivery Information

The buyer must provide an accurate consignee name, telephone number, email, address, postal code and any required tax or importer number. Extra costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information may be charged to the buyer.

6. Tracking and Split Shipments

Tracking or shipping documents are provided where available. With buyer approval, an order may be divided because of stock, production timing or logistics.

7. Damage, Shortage or Delay

Inspect cartons before acceptance where possible. For damage or shortage, note it with the carrier and contact us promptly with photos, videos, carton labels and the packing list. Carrier delay alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.
